Unlock quantitative accuracy and deformation mapping without the need for pre-expansion acquisitions with GelMap. You can now try out GelMap in your ExM workflow by ordering a GelMap Sample Pack. GelMap sample packs are now available for €189. Sample Packs are shipped from our lab, for only a small fee to cover manufacture costs.

Key Features:

  • GelMap is compatible with all common ExM variants: we validated GelMap with TREx, pro-ExM, MAP, u-ExM, and iterative pan-ExM.
  • GelMap is easily integrated in your sample processing workflow: you can culture adherent cells directly on GelMap coverslips, or incorporate the GelMap coverslip in the gelation chamber construction.
  • Achieve accurate and consistent results: GelMap accurately reports the local expansion factor and enables deformation mapping and correction without the need for pre-expansion imaging.

The GelMap sample pack includes 16 GelMap coverslips with 20 x 20 µm grid spacing, complete with numbers and letters for easy sample navigation. The sample pack comes using 18 mm 1.5 High Precision coverslips.
