We really enjoyed the opportunity to present at the Edinburgh Super-Resolution Imaging Consortium (ESRIC) Super-Resolution Specialist School. It was great to see how ESRIC supports in-depth discussion around super-resolution microscopy and supports researchers in the field.
We enjoyed sharing some of the principles, protocols and pitfalls of expansion microscopy – showing how ExM can push the limits of resolution on standard microscopes, purely through sample preparation.
